Security Policy
Last updated 19 August 2026
What this covers
This process covers public websites and systems controlled by N49 Technologies Inc., including websites operated for N49 AI, N49 Solutions, N49 Cloud, and N49 Security.
How to report
Email security@n49technologies.ca. Include the affected domain or system, a clear description, steps to reproduce, likely impact, and safe supporting evidence. Do not send passwords, active access tokens, unnecessary personal information, or unredacted client data.
Protect people and systems
- Stop testing when you confirm the issue.
- Do not access, change, retain, or disclose information that is not yours.
- Do not disrupt service, use social engineering, or test physical security.
- Do not publish details before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and respond.
What to expect
We will acknowledge credible reports, investigate issues within our control, and keep the reporter informed when follow-up is needed. Timing depends on the severity and complexity of the issue and whether another provider is involved.
Third-party products and customer support
Report a vulnerability in a third-party product directly to that product’s provider. For account access, suspected fraud, service outages, or help securing your own business, contact the N49 business that provides your service.
